Analyse and stay on top of current marketing trends
Work closely with the Brand Manager to assist in leading campaigns
Leading end-to-end brand portfolio including new product launching campaign.
Performing and conducting consumer insight, market research, and forecasting to provide innovation in brand development.
Formulating brand strategies and innovation pipelines based on strong market analysis, competitors’ analysis, and internal portfolio analysis.
Managing and responsible for all activities related to the brand such as advertising, social media planning, and digital marketing.
Evaluating new product launch within the brand, and managing product portfolio.
Responsible for on-time project delivery while leading several project teams as well as driving the collaboration and coordination with related stakeholders
Persyaratan
Min. 3-4 years of experience in integrated marketing
Strong understanding of offline marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM.
Familiarity with the use of AI tools in marketing is a significant advantage.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding.
Excellent communication skills & analytical thinking
Highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Experienced in leading small team.
Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
